After a long hospital stay, Akira was worried about a female college student, "Misaki", who was a fellow patient. It seems that she has promised to meet a man whom she became close to on SNS... This visual novel is something of a fandisc for "Kimi no Nisemono ni Koi wo Suru", "Test Gaeshi", "Kimi ni Shinzou wo Agetai" and "Hajimemashite Boku no Kanojo" from the same developer, and as such it contains spoilers and bonus after stories for characters from those games.
